RESOLUTION NO. 2017-590
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ROBERTO AND FLORENTINA
CASTRO AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated July 24, 2017, between Roberto and Florentina Castro and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located at 1606 Williston Avenue, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
