RESOLUTION NO. 2017-592
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH JASON GRIMM AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2017-
499 ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON JUNE 26, 2017.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated July 24, 2017, between Jason Grimm and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property generally located adjacent to 157 University Avenue, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that Resolution No. 2017-499 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
