RESOLUTION NO. 2017-499
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH JASON GRIMM FOR THE SALE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO 157 WASHINGTON
STREET AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated June 26, 2017, between Jason Grimm and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located adjacent to 157 Washington Street, Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June 2017.
