RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN INRCOG AND THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, FOR GRANT WRITING SERVICES RELATED
TO A REAP GRANT APPLICATION NOT TO EXCEED
$200,000 TO BE USED FOR CASTLE BLUFFS PARK
IMPROVEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 24, 2017, between INRCOG and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for grant writing services related to a REAP grant application for up to $200,000
to be used for Castle Bluffs Park Improvements, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
