RESOLUTION NO. 2017-599
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY GAMETIME C/O CUNNINGHAM
RECREATION OF CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, AT A
TOTAL COST OF $43,992.41 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2017 HIGHLAND PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, GameTime c/o Cunningham Recreation of Charlotte, North Carolina,
performed work in conjunction with the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, GameTime c/o Cunningham has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$43,992.41.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of
work performed by GameTime c/o Cunningham, in the amount of $43,992.41, in conjunction
with the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
