RE: Extension of Current Security Contract
Based upon a mutual agreement, it has been agreed that we will renew the current "Security
Officer Services Contract" that was agreed upon as of July 13, 2015 for like term of 2 additional
years thru July 2019.
All existing contractual language will remain including the "SCHEULE OF BILLING RATES".
In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this agreement extension as of the day
and year above.
