RESOLUTION NO. 2015-46
RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 11-3-2 (C) PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
AND SECTION 11-3-3 (D) APPLICATION PROCEDURE
AND REQUIREMENTS, AS IT RELATES TO THE
APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
SUMMERLAND CONDOS NORTH FIRST ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 11-3-2 (C) Preliminary Plat Approval and
Section 11-3-3 (D) Application Procedure and Requirements, as it
relates to the approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of
Summerland Condos North First Addition, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2015 .
