RESOLUTION NO. 2015-45
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #14-HEZ-173 WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #14-HEZ-173
dated January 20, 2015, in conjunction with the construction of
eighteen (18) new housing units, generally located south of Sarah
Drive and east of Alexandra Drive within Crossroads Estates
Replat No. 1 in the Waterloo EZ-8B Enterprise Zone, by and
between the Iowa Economic Development Authority, Skogman
Construction Company of Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2015 .
