RESOLUTION NO. 2015-40
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
CENTER FOR THE ARTS RESTROOM RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts Restroom
Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Waterloo Center
for the Arts Restroom Renovation, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2014-1056 on December 22, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
January 20, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Waterloo
Center for the Arts Restroom Renovation, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2015 .
