RESOLUTION NO. 2012-95
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DOLLY JAMES, LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 30, 2012, for the
construction of six (6) multi -story condominium buildings
generally located on the south side of Sycamore Street, between
the railroad tracks and East 8th Street, with a rise in taxable
value of over $6.0 million and tax rebates for 10 years at 100
percent, by and between Dolly James, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of January, 2012.
