RESOLUTION NO. 2015-24
RESOLUTION APPROVING PASSENGER FACILITY
CHARGE (PFC) APPLICATION NO: 2014-1 WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY AIRPORT
DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application No: 2014-1 dated
January 12, 2015, in the amount of $96, 961 . 00, to impose and use
$4 . 50 per enplaned passenger at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by
and between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Airport Director authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day f January, 2015 .
