RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC
SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS 28E AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK HAWK COUNTY; CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA;
CITY OF HUDSON, IOWA; CITY OF DUNKERTON,
IOWA; CITY OF EVANSDALE, IOWA; CITY OF
LAPORTE CITY, IOWA; AND CITY OF GILBERTVILLE,
IOWA; AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Consolidated Public Safety Communications 28E Agreement
dated January 12, 2015, for dispatch and communications services
from the Consolidated Public Safety Communications Center to all
participating agencies in Black Hawk County, by and between Black
Hawk County, the cities of Cedar Falls, Hudson, Dunkerton,
Evansdale, LaPorte City, Gilbertville, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2015 .
