RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST OF TWO
PAYMENTS FOR FY 2015 TO THE GREATER CEDAR
VALLEY ALLIANCE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29, 250 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the first of two payments to the Greater Cedar Valley
Alliance for FY 2015 for work towards economic development, in
the base amount of $14, 250 . 00 and incentive funds in the amount
of $15, 000 . 00, for a total payment of $29, 250 . 00, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2015 .
