City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at
her office in the City Hall of the said City
on the 7th day of September,2017 until
1:00 pm for PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
JANITORIAL SERVICES,as described in
detail in the specifications now on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
7th day of September 2017, at 1:00pm
(Central Time)and the proposals will be
acted upon at such later time and place
as may then be fixed by the City Council.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications and estimate
of cost for Public Works Facility Janitorial
Services at 5:30 pm on September 11,
2017, said hearing to be held in the
Harold E Getty Council Chambers in City
Hall in said City.The proposed specifica-
tions and estimate of cost for said product
heretofore prepared by the Interim Public Signed Works Director of the City of Waterloo are Sl ed
now on file in,the office of the City Clerk
for public examination, and any person
interested therein may file written objec-
tion thereto with the City Clerk before the
date set for said hearing,or appear and
make objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the said hearing, or appear and Subscribed and sworn to before me this
