RECEIVING OF BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at
her office in the,City Hall,715 Mulberry
Street,of the said City on the 27th day of
July,2017 until 1:00 pm for the Recycling
processing facility to support the City of
Waterloo's curbside recycling program,as
described in detail in the specifications
now on file in the Public Works Office.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
27th day of July 2017,at 1:00pm(Central
Time) and the proposals will be acted
upon at such later time and place as may
then be fixed by the City Council.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications and estimate
-ofcost for the Recycling processin

facility to support the City of Waterloo's V
curbside recycling program,at 5:30pm on
August 7,2017,said hearing to be held in Signed
the Harold E Getty Council Chambers in
City Hall in said City. The proposed
specifications and estimate of cost for
said product heretofore prepared by the
Interim Public Works Director of the City
of Waterloo are now on file in the Public
Works office for public examination,and Subscribed and sworn to before me this
any person interested therein may file
written objection thereto with the City
Clerk before the date set for said hearing,
or appear and make objection thereto
