Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey to review request by Greg Smith to purchase city
owned property acquired through Iowa Code 657A at 323 Crescent Place with Development
Agreement. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:07 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
