Reason for Change Order:
Item 102 — This change order provides for added repairs to the metal wall system on the existing hangar where
metal has rusted near fasteners resulting in the metal siding pulling away from the building. In the areas of these
fasteners, additional fasteners will be installed, these areas primed and the areas then sealed with a urethane
sealant. The contractor will provide a workmanship and materials warranty for a period of 10 years after
installation.

Attached for your review and approval is Change Order #2 on the above referenced project. Change
Order #2 is for added repairs to the metal wall system on Hangar No. 5 where metal has rusted near

We have reviewed the information provided by Pella Roofing and Insulation and recommend approval
of this change order. Change Order #2 increases the current contract value of $71,544.99 by
$6,000.00 to a contract value of $77,544.99.
