Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 25th
day of August, 2017 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day
Of September, 2017, at 5:30 p.m.,
pursuant to Council Resolution No.
2017-674, at Council Chambers in the Printer's Bill $13.92
City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,to approve
an amendment to Ordinance No.5089,by
extending the established City Limits
Urban Revitalization Area (CLURA)
through December 31,2022, upon the
recommendation of the City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission.A
copy of the specific recommendations are
on hie in the Planning and Zoning Office
for public inspection.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
