Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 25th
day of August, 2017 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
a correct bill for publishing said notice.

Hawk Street,legally described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF THE ALLEY AS
PLATTED IN BLOCK 14 OF HAYES
ADDITION LYING SOUTHEASTERLY
OF ALINE DRAWN BETWEEN THE
WESTERLY MOST CORNER OF LOT 2
IN SAID BLOCK 14 AND THE NORTH-
ERLY MOST CORNER OF LOT 9 IN
SAID BLOCK 14, AND LYING NORTH-
WESTERLY OF A SOUTHWESTERLY
EXTENSION OF A LINE DRAWN PAR-
ALLEL AND 46 FEET SOUTHEAST OF
