Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to authorize request by Charles Nichols to purchase a
12'x14' utility shed that was acquired by the City of Waterloo through the 657A process located
at 3126 Franklin Street for $100. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Chris Western, Planner II, explained that this is an old shed that has been there since 1955 and
the applicant will have to shingle and reside the shed. The shed would have to be torn down if it
is not sold.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Schmitt
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:07 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
