Members present: Morrissey, Welper, Hart. Absent: Jones, Schmitt.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Welper that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Welper to authorize request By James Chizek CEO of American
Metal Prep to enter into a one year lease at $1,000 per month for 10,000 square feet of space at
the former Food Bank building located at 106 East 1 1 t Street. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Mr. Welper questioned the process in which the metal is stripped.
James Chizek explained the processes used.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Welper that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
