Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to authorize request by Jim Chizek to rent
approximately 3,721 square feet of storage space for $100 per month plus all utilities estimated
at $1,200 per month located at 1112 Sycamore (former Black Hawk Sprinkler Building).
Chris Western, Planner II, explained that Mr. Chizek would like to rent the metal portion of the
building to store chemicals. Facility maintenance is in a portion of the building, but they will be
moved to the Public Works Building. Mr. Chizek may request to rent/purchase the remainder of
the building, but this agreement is just through the winter.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:58 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
