Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey to authorize the appraisal of four parcels that are
located south of 3561 University Avenue, 611 Jane Street, north of 2825 Crossroads Boulevard
and the northwest corner of Greenhill Road and Maynard Avenue. Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
Noel Anderson, Community Planning and Development Director, explained that portions of the
four parcels will be sold so appraisals are needed.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey to table the House of Hope interest in 519 E. 3rd
Street for future project until Dec. 15, 2014. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Jones that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:58 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
