Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey to authorize placement of Info Touch in the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Mr. Morrissey expressed concern with the agreement.
Craig Clark, Building Official, explained that the contract will be revised prior to submission to
Council.
Mr. Schmitt questioned if we need to go out to bid.
Craig explained that he cannot find anyone else who offers an interactive product.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to table for two weeks to renegotiate the contract.
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Mr. Morrissey questioned when new information would be available with regards to selling
buildable/unbuildable lots and when it could be expected to be back on the agenda.
Suzy Schares, City Clerk, stated that she would check into the status of this item and report back
via email with the information.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:18 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
