Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to authorize placement of Info Touch in the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Craig Clark, Building Official, explained that the equipment should be up and running in the
next three weeks. The contract has been amended to provide an out clause and the ability to
move the equipment after two years if needed. All revenue from this contract will go to Info
Touch but revenue can be discussed for future contracts.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:10 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
