ORDINANCE NO. 5410
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION (20A) EAST SIDE IN THE 400 BLOCK
OF SIXTH STREET (E), TO SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 549, Loading Zones, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
amended by inserting the following subsection:
(20A) Sixth Street (E) East side in the 400 Block of Sixth Street (E).
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
