AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY
CENTRAL PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 0.39 ACRES FROM "R-3" MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C -P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF
FRANKLIN STREET AND EAST 2ND STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally
described as follows:
LOTS 17 AND 18 OF BLOCK 64 OF COOLEY ADDITION, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 0.39 acres generally
located near the intersection of Franklin Street and East 2nd Street, as "R-3", Multiple Residence
District, be and the same is hereby rezoned as "C -P" Planned Commercial District, for
commercial development.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
