RESOLUTION NO. 2017-620
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated August 7, 2017, between Cardinal Construction, Inc. and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located northwest of 1318 Martin Road, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
