RESOLUTION NO. 2017-622
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL HOLDINGS, LLC, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated August 7, 2017, between Central Holdings, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located at 205 Franklin Street, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
