RESOLUTION NO. 2017-623
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY16 WATERLOO POLLUTION
CONTROL FACILITIES UPGRADE TO INSTRUMENTATION
AND CONTROLS SYSTEMS, CONTRACT NO. 929.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Waste Management Services of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY16 Waterloo Pollution Control Facilities
Upgrade to Instrumentation and Controls Systems, Contract No. 929, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Waste Management Services did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY16 Waterloo Pollution Control
Facilities Upgrade to Instrumentation and Controls Systems, Contract No. 929, and
WHEREAS a public hearing, upon notice,was held on August 14 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY16 Waterloo Pollution Control Facilities Upgrade to Instrumentation and Controls
Systems, Contract No. 929, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August 2017.
