RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
UTI O
CONJUNCTION WITH THE OSAGE ROAD AND DUBUQUE
ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - CS-
TSF-8155(745)--85-07.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-623, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Osage Road and Dubuque Road Traffic Safety
Improvements Project - CS-TSF-8155(745)--85-07, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on August7, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
