RESOLUTION NO. 2017-628
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH ELK
RUN HEIGHTS, CEDAR TOWNSHIP, AND EAST
WATERLOO TOWNSHIP, TO PROVIDE FIRE AND EMS
PROTECTION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the 28E Agreement dated August 7, 2017, between Elk Run Heights, Cedar Township, and
East Waterloo Township to provide fire and EMS protection is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
