RESOLUTION NO. 2017-629
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM
WITH AECOM IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNIVERSITY
AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION FROM MIDWAY DRIVE TO
US 63 WATERLOO, IOWA, CONTRACT NO. 933 & 934, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Technical Memorandum dated August 7, 2017,between AECOM and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa in conjunction with the University Avenue Reconstruction from Midway Drive
to US 63 Waterloo, Iowa, Contract No. 933 & 934 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
