RESOLUTION NO. 2017-633
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF BROCK SECOND
ADDITION, A ONE LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION
LOCATED WEST OF 2010 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, on August 7, 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, the final plat of Brock Second Addition, a one lot industrial subdivision located
west of 2010 West Ridgeway Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa was
presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said final plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on July 11, 2017, and
WHEREAS, said final plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the final plat of Brock Second Addition, a one lot industrial
subdivision located west of 2010 West Ridgeway Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7t day of August 2017.
