RESOLUTION NO. 2017-634
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION BLACK
HAWK CONTRACTING & DEVELOPMENT CO. FOR THE
IOWA WORKFORCE HOUSING TAX INCENTIVES
PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT FOUR NEW SINGLE FAMILY
HOMES IN WATERLOO, LOCATED ON MADISON STREET,
MONROE STREET AND HUMMINGBIRD CIRCLE, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-984, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application by Black Hawk Contracting&Development Co. dated August 7, 2017, for
the Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Incentives Program, to construct four new single family
homes in Waterloo, Iowa, located on Madison Street, Monroe Street and Hummingbird Circle,
and rescinding Resolution No. 2015-984, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
