RESOLUTION NO. 2017-637
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR 222
WALNUT STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $354,000, TO
ALLOW FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated August 7, 2017, between Christian Community
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to purchase 222 Walnut Street in the amount of
$354,000 to allow for development in the area, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2017.
