Members present: Lind, Welper. Absent: Chairperson Cole,
Moved by Welper, seconded by Lind that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Motion carried.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Lind that Ordinance repealing Title 3, Chapter 5, Article A.
Ambulances, be approved. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
Dan Trelka, Director of Safety Service, explained that the State regulates ambulances and there
is no longer a need for the ordinance.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Welper, seconded by Lind that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:07 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
