RESOLUTION NO. 2017-648
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS AUGUST 31, 2017 AND THE
DATE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 5, 2017
FOR THE NO. 6 DIGESTER ROOF REHABILITATION
PROJECT WATERLOO, IOWA, CITY CONTRACT NO. 939,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction
with the No. 6 Digester Roof Rehabilitation Project Waterloo, Iowa, City Contract No. 939, be
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the No. 6 Digester Roof
Rehabilitation Project Waterloo, Iowa, City Contract No. 939, be scheduled for August 31, 2017
at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on September 5, 2017, to hold a
public hearing in conjunction with the No. 6 Digester Roof Rehabilitation Project Waterloo,
Iowa, City Contract No. 939.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
