RESOLUTION NO. 2017-657
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SOLID WASTE AND
RECYCLING CONTAINERS TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S RECYCLING AND VARIOUS CLEAN-UP
PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Solid Waste and Recycling Containers to Support the City
of Waterloo's Recycling and Various Clean-Up Programs, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Solid Waste and Recycling Containers to Support the
City of Waterloo's Recycling and Various Clean-Up Programs, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 21, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the Solid Waste and Recycling Containers to Support the City of Waterloo's Recycling and
Various Clean-Up Programs, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of August 2017.
