RESOLUTION NO. 2017-658
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 BROCK 2ND ADDITION
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 932.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-657, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Brock 2nd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension,
Contract No. 932, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
August 14, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August 2017.
