RESOLUTION NO. 2017-659
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 ADA BUS STOPS -
PHASE I, CONTRACT NO. 937.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops - Phase I, Contract No. 937, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops -Phase 1, Contract No. 937, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 14, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops - Phase I, Contract No. 937, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14'' day of August 2017.
