RESOLUTION NO. 2017-661
RESOLUTION APPROVING YOUNG ARENA LEASE AND
USE AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO BLACK HAWKS
HOCKEY, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated August 14, 2017 between Black Hawks Hockey, LLC and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, for property located at 125 Commercial Street, (Young Arena), for a term
ending April 15, 2020, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August 2017.
