RESOLUTION NO. 2017-664
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT CONTRACT WITH
SHIVE-HATTERY, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA FOR
DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNAL RETIMING, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$193,445, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a
Consultant Contract dated August 14, 2017, between Shive-Hattery, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with downtown traffic signal retiming, in the
amount of $193,445, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August 2017.
