RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUSINESS FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE APPLICATION FOR TAX CREDITS THROUGH
THE IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WITH
A LOCAL MATCH COMMITMENT THROUGH TIF
INCENTIVES FOR THE EXPANSION OF CRYSTAL
DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC., LOCATED AT 1656
SYCAMORE STREET, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Business Financial Assistance Application dated August 14, 2017, for a 50,000 square foot
addition to Crystal Distribution Services, Inc., between the Iowa Economic Development
Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, including local match commitment through TIF
incentives, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August 2017.
