RESOLUTION NO. 2017-674
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 5, 2017, TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 5089, BY EXTENDING THE
ESTABLISHED CITY LIMITS URBAN REVITALIZATION
AREA (CLURA) THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of September 2017,
for the purpose of considering and acting an amendment to Ordinance No. 5089, by extending
the established City Limits of the Urban Revitalization Area (CLURA), through December 31,
2022.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
