RESOLUTION NO. 2017-679
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SOLID WASTE AND
RECYCLING CONTAINERS TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S RECYCLING AND VARIOUS CLEAN-UP
PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-678, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Solid Waste and Recycling Containers to Support the City of Waterloo's
Recycling and Various Clean-Up Programs, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on August 21, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
