RESOLUTION NO. 2017-680
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RECYCLING PROCESSING
FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of
Waterloo's Curbside Recycling Program, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of
Waterloo's Curbside Recycling Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on August 21, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO IOWA,WA that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of Waterloo's Curbside Recycling Program,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of August 2017.
