RESOLUTION NO. 2017-681
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RECYCLING PROCESSING
FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-680, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of Waterloo's Curbside
Recycling Program, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
August 21, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of August 2017.
