RESOLUTION NO. 2017-688
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHAPTER 28E AGREEMENT
WITH HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO ALLOW FOR
RESIDENTIAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION ON CITY
OWNED LOTS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Chapter 28E Agreement dated August 21, 2017, between Hawkeye Community College
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for residential housing construction on city owned lots,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
