RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AFFIDAVIT OF POSSESSION
FOR A VACATED ALLEY LOCATED WEST OF 903
RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND AUTHORIZE NOEL ANDERSON,
COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
DIRECTOR, TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Affidavit of Possession dated August 15, 2017, confirming title to Janet L. Kendall, for a
vacated alley located west of 903 Riverside Drive, is hereby approved, and the Community
Planning and Development Director is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of August 2017.
